Our mixed selection of choice cuts has become a firm favourite offering delicious meat at an affordable price. This makes an ideal monthly box and is especially popular with regular customers. Our butcher has chosen an excellent range of cuts, but we are happy for you to give us an idea of your prefences! It is ideal for family meals providing about 15 meals for 4 people at an approximate cost of £6.66 per meal or less than £2 per portion. Normally the cuts below would cost over £115 so the box price offers fantastic value. Contains :
- 1 topside joint of beef (1.1kg)
- 1 half shoulder of lamb joint (1.1kg)
- 1 pork leg joint (1.1kg)
- 1 whole roasting chicken (2kg)
- 2 packs diced stewing beef (900g)
- 3 packs mince beef (1.35kg)
- 2 packs beef rump steak (400g)
- 2 packs beef sirloin steak (400g)
- 2 packs beef minute steaks (350g)
- 2 packs of 2 lamb chopss (400g)
- 2 packs of 2 pork chops (700g)
- 1 pack of sausages (400g)
Total weight minimum 10 kg
the item weights quoted are average weight, the total box weight is a minimum weight. In the event of a shortage of a particular cut we reserve the right to make a suitable substitution for another cut of the same or higher value.
