Organic Collar Bacon (15.50 per kg) Home cured and sliced. Approximately 6 slices per 250 g pack. An extremely good value cut of bacon, fatter than back bacon but larger slices and more 'meaty' than streaky. One of those old fashioned, almost forgotten about cuts! I think it's great to wrap around a skinless chicken breast.
