The scheme is a hassle free and convenient way to shop-we’ll contact you a week before your next order is due to remind you it’s on it’s way, by email or phone if you prefer. If you are going on holiday, or need to skip a month, just let us know, you’re not tied in.
It’s also completely flexible. Choose one of our standard boxes, the mixed box is a favourite with the loyalty scheme customers, or make your own choice of cuts from our full range of organic beef, organic lamb, organic pork and organic chicken.
You can have a different choice of meat cuts each month, if you like organic sausages, organic burgers and barbecue meat in the summer or slow cooking cuts such as organic beef brisket and organic mutton in winter

I have been buying my meat from Sheepdrove Farm for years, but as they suddenly, this year, were not able to supply fillet steak, I changed to Laverstoke Park Farm. I am happy with their meat, but I am attracted to your loyalty scheme as I spend approx. £175-£200 per month.

Thanks for enquiring about our loyalty scheme. I think the best thing about it is that we taylor it to suit you and we are very flexible. Anyone who joins the scheme and spends about £100 a month or 6 weeks will receive 10% extra free meat with their order or free delivery whichever suits them. We give you cuts that you like, usually more of what you have already ordered as we don’t want to give you things you don’t like! Some customers tell us what they prefer and so if possible, they get what ‘extras’ they choose.
We know our prices are very competitive and this scheme makes our meat even more affordable. all our meat apart from the pork is home produced, and the pigs come from a local farmer we work with, close to the farm. All the meat is professionally butchered here at our farm butchery by Keith and he is available to talk to you directly about cuts of meat and your preferences.
The other benefits of the scheme are that we will contact you every month either by phone or email (you choose which method you prefer) to check the delivery will be convenient-if you go on holiday or don’t need any one month that’s ok! We keep a record of your orders so you can just say ‘I’ll have the same as usual’ or send us a new order each month. You are not fixed in to having the same thing every month. I’m also here on the phone or email to discuss your order as I find alot of customers like to talk to someone to discuss a particular cut they have difficulty in finding or the thickness of the steaks. We will also store your address, payment and delivery details safely if you want, in order to save you repeating this information each time you order.
The aim of the scheme is to make it like going to your butcher shop down the road where you know who you are buying from and where your meat is reared.

I’ve been buying from Higher Hacknell for almost a year and the loyalty scheme is flexible and generous. I’m able to specify which cuts I prefer and I’m always pleasantly surprised when my monthly box arrives. The loyalty scheme is good value for money and dispels the myth that organic food is too expensive.

Just a short email to say how happy we have been with the quality of both the meat and service we have received from you.
We are particular fans of your Lamb and Chicken and wish you continued success in what is difficult times for the organic food industry.
For anyone considering becoming part of the loyalty scheme I would urge them to give it a try. We, as a family, have been part of the loyalty scheme for a number of years and find that Higher hacknell are generous with the free meat they send with your order making taking part in the loyalty sceme more than worthwhile.

My husband and I have just moved to East Devon and will be living in our caravan for four months, waiting for our new house in Exmouth to be finished. I am looking for a new supplier of organic grass-fed meats and products. Your website sounds very impressive! I have a problem in that I cannot order very much at a time because of my small freezer at present. Are you reasonably close to Exeter so that we can come along and buy small amounts from the farm as and when we need them please? (Deliveries to our campsite are not ideal.)
