As a non meat eater and a person that can not stand the smell of meat; I love the smell of Higher Hackell meat.
Even my cats, that refuse to eat any other meat get so excited with a treat portion which goes down ever so quickly.
And my husband - the ever so fussy one; the smile on his face and the "can not talk as I am enjoying my steak now", says it all.
we have just taken our first delivery of pork today, and have just had some on the B.B.Q. . ABSOLUTLEY 1ST CLASS. Wonderful flavour, good delivery, we shall get all our meat and poltry from higher hacknell from now on. Wwll done to you all there, it goes to prove thar organic farming produces healthier and far superior quality meat for raste etc. without the antibiotics and hormones.
I heard about Higher Hacknell farm from Nigel the cook on Radio 2 's drive time . The Sirloin steaks are absolutely delicious. My husband barbecued them and I can honestly say they are the tastiest steaks I have ever had. I'm just about to make my next order!
