About
Our Ready Cook Meals
Our range of slow cooked organic casseroles and ready cooked meals have been carefully made by hand at Higher Hacknell Farm. We use as much of our own meat and local organic produce as we can. They arrive ready frozen in single or two person portion sized cartons ready to pop straight in to the freezer or into the oven.
We think they taste as good (or possibly better!) than you could make at home, as they bear no resemblance to the commercial ‘supermarket ‘ ready meal’. We have created recipes with flavour based on home- made beef and chicken stocks, as well as natural, fresh ingredients to produce simply delicious meals.
Our meals have won a number of awards in recent years, at the Great Taste Awards for the Lamb and Squash Curry, the Lasagne winning best ‘Ready Meal’ and Gold at the Taste of the West Awards, and the Cottage Pie was winner of best ‘Ready Meal’ and Gold at the Organic Food Awards.
There is a minimum order value of £30 excluding delivery.
