Our Meat Boxes
We believe that we pioneered the organic meat box. We had the idea of selling our home produced organic meat directly from the farm to the end consumer, so they could be guaranteed of the provenance of their meat, as well as getting a great price through cutting out the ‘ middle man’. Thebox system had been developed by our vegetable growing friends as an easy way to shop organically, offering great value too.
We started selling the meat lovers range- Large Beef and Lamb Boxes, with their full selection of cuts. We then listened to our customers and found that couples and people living on their own wanted smaller packs and some of you prefer quick and easy meals rather than traditional cuts, especially in the summer months, so we designed the Small and Prime Cuts Boxes to suit your needs. Our best-selling box has become the Mixed Box which has a selection of beef, lamb, pork and chicken and is a very popular monthly choice with our regular customers and we have added a larger version with more variety and extras such as bacon and chickens portions. Look out for our seasonal selection boxes - the Slow Cook Box for autumn and winter, the Meals for Spring and the Summer Barbecue Box. Choose a box from our list and then add some extras of your choice too from the Beef, Lamb, Pork and Chicken ranges.
