An economical way to buy our delicious award winning organic lamb at £95 per box. Our 'Lleyn' lamb is born, bred and grass fed here at Higher Hacknell Farm. All cuts are carefully prepared and vacuum packed with clear labels, ideal to put straight in the freezer. It is approximately half a lamb in the cuts listed below. If you would like different size joints or neck fillet instead of neck on the bone or the breast , just tell us how you would like it butchered.

• 2 x half leg joints (2.5kg approx)
• 2 x half shoulder joints( 2 kg approx)
• Neck on the bone for tasty stews ( 500g approx) or neck fillet
• 8x chops (.96 kg approx)
• Mince lamb (500g approx) or breast boned and rolled.

• butchered weight  6.5 kg approx. As our lamb is all freshly butchered to order the weights can vary.
