This is our 'original' Organic Beef Box. Our delicious South Devon beef, born, bred and fed on grass and feed grown at Higher Hacknell Farm. A selection of top quality cuts, well hung and truly flavoursome organic beef. It's perfect for families or filling the freezer and will save you over £10 by buying a 'box'. Please ask if you have particular preferences and we'll do our best.
A typical organic beef box usually contains :
- 4 x 250g rump steaks (1kg)
- 2 x 1kg topside roasting joints (2kg)
- 1 x 1kg slow roasting brisket joint (1 kg)
- 2 x 500gm diced casserole steak (1kg)
- 1x 500 beef braising steak (500g)
- 3 x 500g mince beef (1.5kg)
In the event of a shortage of a particular cut we reserve the right to make a suitable substitution for another cut of the same or higher value. Weights may vary slightly as all the beef is freshly cut to order in our butchery.
