A bumper box of free range organic pork at £88. It's pork as it should be, packed with real flavour, firm and not watery, with well scored rind on the roasts for the best crackling! Our sausages are proper home made sausages, no nasties or preservatives and always sell out at food fairs and markets. If you are gluten intolerant, we can usually accommodate your preferences and make you gluten free sausages or exchange the cuts for mince or diced pork.

- 1x boned and rolled pork shoulder joint (1kg)
- 2 packs x 2 pork loin chops (1kg)
- 2 packs x 2 pork steaks (700g)
- 4 x belly slices (500g)
- 2 x 500g packs of diced pork (1kg)
- 2x packs of pork sausages (800 g)
As our meat is freshly cut to order in the Higher Hacknell Farm butchery, the weights may vary slightly. In the event of a shortage of a particular cut we reserve the right to make a suitable substitution for another cut of the same or higher value.
