Organic Merguez Sausages (£13.50 per kg)
Our delicious hot and spicy lamb merguez are full of flavour from our freshly ground spices such as paprika, cumin, coriander and caraway, with garlic and a touch of hot cayenne pepper. They do contain a small amount of rusk (organic breadcrumb) to keep the texture.They are nitrite and nitrate free.They are great with pitta bread and salad whether fried,grilled or on a barbecue. Approx 10 sausages per 400g pack
