Organic Pork Sausages 

We use only the best organic, free range and high welfare pork in our sausages. They contain NO nitrates or nitrites and are made by hand in our butchery with a high 88% meat content of quality organic pork , which is minced, mixed with our seasoning, rusk (breadcrumb) and then filled into natural sausage skins and linked by hand. 100% organic and no preservatives or 'nasties'! It's a proper good sausage, as we say in Devon.
