Organic, free range pork Shoulder on the bone slowly cooked 'Jamie Oliver' style is about as good as it gets! Fantastic flavour, superb crackling and very inexpensive. Our butcher scores the fat well for perfect crackling. It's best cooked as a larger joint-2 kg or more to allow for the bone. Ask about having a half or whole shoulder-great party food. A whole shoulder is around 8 kilos and slowly cooked overnight will feed a party of more than 20 people.
