Rack of Organic Lamb (£27.25 per kg)

Rack of lamb with the lower fatty end of the cutlets 'french trimmed' to reveal the bone. Delicious for special occasions! Each rack has 7 or 8 'cutlets' and weighs approx 500gms - so you need approx 2 or 3 cutlets per person. When we take racks of lamb, each bone dressed in paper chefs hats to food festivals they are always a show stopper! Impress your guests with a lamb 'guard of honour'!
