Chuck Steak - (£13.95 per kg)- Our top quality casserole steak.A thick slice of approx 2 inches per pack for you to cut or dice as you choose. It is cut from the top of the shoulder, between the neck and forerib, with more marbling than the braising steak. This cut is also delicious slow cooked as a joint, and just ask us to roll and tie it. Pack size 500gms approx -
