Beef 'Tomahawk' steak (£22.50 per kg) a large steak on the bone, approx 1.5 kg, taken from the rib or sirloin and french trimmed. A meaty feast for sharing between 2 or 3 people. It's name comes from it being similar in shape to a Native American axe. Cook by either pan- to- oven roasting, or on the barbecue, whichever way it's flavour will be amazing!
