A really impressive steak

This is a steak which looks spectacular and tastes even better. Wonderful put onto a really hot barbecue to caramelized the outside then taken to the side of the grill to cook the inside to your liking. The meat is very tender but also full of flavour. A definite to keep in the freezer ready for an unexpected slap up outdoor event or order in time for a planned one. There's plenty of meat to feed a hungry crowd and to take off the bone to eat later cold in salads or even to elevate the humble beef sandwich to new heights.
