Organic lamb neck fillet (19.95 per kg) - delicious in casseroles, stir-fry, curries or marinated for kebabs. Possibly my favourite lamb cut because it is so versatile. It also make a great roast for 2 people. I like to sear a whole fillet, maybe having marinated in a little lemon, garlic, herbs and oil, then oven roast for about 15 minutes and slice quite thickly. Each fillet weighs about 280gms and serves 2.
