Cote de Boeuf's a Gold Winner!

It's great to see team GB winning well deserved medals at the Olympic Games in Rio. Here at Higher Hacknell Farm we are proud to have had an award winning summer as well. At the Taste of the West Awards recently we gained a Gold Award for our French Trimmed Organic South Devon Rib-Eye Steak on the Bone, or Cote De Boeuf as the French put it more simply. Whatever you want to call it, it's a stunner! A really thick steak to slap on the BBQ or grill and give a good sear over the coals and then cook for about 10 minutes to get it just how you like it. Slice it up and share!


We were invited to sell our award winning meats at a special Food Fair attended by HRH Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall held on the Cathedral Green in Exeter organised by Taste of the West to celebrate the award winning products.
